1) Tinplate is a steel plate electrolytically coated with a fine layer(silver lacquer or golden lacquer) of tin for protective purpose.
2) Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food items,such as tea,candy chocolate,sweets,cookie and gifts etc
3) Metal decoration is an off-set printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Printing is done on large metal sheets first,Then slittering into small pieces for stamping and formation.
4) Food grade silver lacquer or golden lacquer is coated on the surface of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product.
5) Our Product catalogue and available samples are free. Please note that it is our policy that the receiver pays for the courier services. 8) Artwork designed by most popular software is acceptable, Coreddraw and Adobe Illustrator
preferred,freehand,photoshop,etc are also welcome. Please send us your artworks In AI or PDF edition by email or save your files on a USB and submit it to us by courier service and freight prepaid.
9) In addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes,we can make crackle,wrinkle and pear varnishes.
